Our imbalance will be joining us in Southport for metal fest 2013, bring breakdowns galore the Liverpool quintet have only been together a short time but have already been a band that demanding to be checked out.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TOGETHER, AND HOW DID YOU START?:
We've been together for around about 1 and half years or so. It was an idea of mine to start a metal band, so I started looking for members and found Adam on youtube covering one of my favourite songs at the time and I messaged him, turned out it he lived really close so we got two other dudes, Chris and Cam and had a jam and it just kinda stemmed from there! Then after time went by, a few members left and we're left with our current line up: Me, Adam, Matty, Cavan and Kadeem!
WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM THE REST? The riffs. WHO ARE YOUR MAIN INFLUENCES MUSICALLY?
My main influences would be just all bands that I aspire to, I first started playing along to songs like Muse, then went to more technical sorta stuff like The Fall Of Troy and then just kinda got more and more into the heavier side of stuff. My main influence would be Garret Rapp though, his voice is absolutely incredible and he just inspires me so much with the way he talks to the crowds he plays to and how he is as a person.
WHAT ARE YOUR SONGS MOSTLY ABOUT?
We have quite a diversity in our songs, we have a song about being led to your death by a siren out on a beach, and then one about a man coming home from war to find his wife has been cheating on him. It's pretty cool.
WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE SONG THAT YOU HAVE WRITTEN?
Me personally would be our newest song, M.O.T.H!
IF YOU COULD DESCRIBE YOURSELF IN ONE WORD, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Heavy.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BEST MOMENT / GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT AS A BAND SO FAR?
Just seeing people sing along to our songs and have a great time when we play to me is the best achievement we have had.
WHATS NEXT FOR YOU GUYS?
Well we're currently writing/recording for our upcoming release which more information will be revealed about that really soon! Just getting stuck into everything as much as we can, gigging/touring the lot. You name it and we'll be doing it!

HOW DO YOU RATE YOUR LOCAL SCENE AT THE MOMENT?
The scene in Liverpool is pretty good!
WHAT WOULD YOU DO TO CHANGE/ IMPROVE IT?
More shows and more venues!
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON EVENTS LIKE THESE- WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE MORE? They're awesome, I love playing them as well as going to them because you get to see a lot of upcoming and unsigned talent and you also get to support them. Being in a band myself it's great to share support to people who are in the same position as me and who have the same dream as myself!
DO YOU THINK THAT THERE IS A LACK OF ORIGINALITY OR A WILLINGNESS TO PUSH BOUNDERYS IN METAL AS A GENRE?
I think that the boundaries of metal are being pushed with every release. There's always something new!
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST WORRY YOU GUYS FACE AS A BAND?
Failing and not achieving what we set off to do.
IF YOU COULD SUPPORT ANY BAND, WHO WOULD IT BE?
Me personally would be my favourite band The Color Morale
WHO WOULD WIN- GANDALF OR DARTH VADER?
Gandalf, for sure.
FINALLY- WHY SHOULD PEOPLE COME AND SEE YOU PLAY?
People should come and see us because we're fucking heavy and if you like heavy then you'll like us, we play an amazing show and you won't be disappointed ;)
